World Data Protection Report”, 2006; and many contributions at The Privacy Advisor. IAPP. Washington), Transparency, Administrative Law, European Community Law and Foundations Law.

He is a frequent speaker in Spain as well as in different countries in Europe and America.

Member of the Editorial Board of different specialised publications in Public Law (in Spain, Italy, Portugal, Mexico, Brasil and Colombia).

Member of the Spanish General Commission for Codification. He used to be Member of the Executive Board of the Spanish Association of Professors of Administrative Law.
